The multi-track method of cost estimating is simply a process of regular estimate comparisons by multiple estimating parties, typically used in larger construction projects.

I reworked an earlier artist’s rendition of this process under the direction of Atlanta architect George Heery, who has used it frequently in presentations and print materials.
